Basement Insulation
With everybody putting more and more effort to conservation and building green, we are trying to do our part as well. This is a video of a basement we finished in Overland Park. Before raising the interior wall, we applied a strip of sill seal under the bottom of all of the walls. This is due to the variation in height of a basement floor. If there are gaps between your concrete and framing, air will pass through.
