Responsibility... KCHC is licensed in Johnson County Kansas as a general contractor and a master plumbing contractor.  Every project is handled with necessary permits and inspections. Getting involved with a contractor who does not want to pull a permit is of great risk to the owner of the property. Contractors who don't pull permits put their work at risk of being torn down in the event that a city inspector were to notice the construction. It happens more than you think!

Security for your greatest Investment...  Don't trust your house to just anybody. We have your entire home covered. Most work is done in house. The owner is experienced in both plumbing and electrical work on basic remodels. We try to use subcontractors as little as possible. This means there will not be any "questionable" people working on your home. The guys involved in KCHC have worked together on several projects over the years.

Quality Building Materials... There are so many materials to choose from when remodeling or building a new home. There are many differences between the various building materials available. One of the biggest factors to consider is the price. Installing a product with a "low initial cost" can turn sour in the long run.  We use the highest quality of available material. Understanding the right applications for various materials is half the battle. We do not purchase a bulk of our materials from "box stores". We have a plumbing supplier, framing supplier, mechanical supplier, drywall supplier, and millwork supplier. We work with as many local companies as we can to help support the growth of small business.

Not only do we have plenty of room for all our trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment but we also have a 40 yd container on site to keep your project clear of debris.
