Full Basement Finish
Project completed December 2010
KC Home Creations masterfully provided a full basement
finish for our home. We received estimates from three local companies
for a bar, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and office to be built along
with the installation of a new egress window. KC Home Creations not only
beat the other estimates on the overall pricing they offered higher
quality finishing products for the project. This included: Floorplan,
design assistance, framing, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custom
bar with granite, custom entertainment center, custom electronics
installation, custom fireplace/mantel, detailed tile work, custom
stairway, high grade carpet install, and excavation of an egress window
installation.

Composite Deck
Project completed September 2010
They accomplished things the other large deck builders said
couldn't be done. They located the staircase where we wanted it. The
other deck builders said they couldn't tie the staircase into the
existing gazeebo. Matt and Chase spent several hours making the precise
caculations to arrive at how they would accomplish it and then met with
the inspector to have it approved in advance. Attention to detail: They
clipped the corners of the upper and lower decks to make it feel like
the decks belonged with the octagon shaped gazebo. They showed up when
they said they would. They took extra time to ensure highest quality.
Matt was on the job site 100% of the time that work was going on. My
wife and I couldn't be happier with the result. I've never worked with
contractors as great as Chase and Matt. They are knowledgable, hard
working contractors who do what they say and stand by their work. Their
attention to detail and price in their work is amazing.

Bathroom Remodel

We had our bathroom remodeled by KC Home Creations and are very satisfied with the results. Chase was very thorough in explaining the importance of using proper waterproofing methods. The quality of work was superior and we felt very comfortable with everybody involved with the remodel.

Basement Finishing

We just had our basement finished and turned into an office / living space. The work is fantastic. We now have a built in floor to ceiling bookshelf along with a flush mounted LCD TV on the same wall. We had three people bid on the job and after going over all the details, we decided on KC Home Creations and don't regret it for a second. The built in bookshelf, crown molding, flush mounted TV and all the components for the TV are hidden (not something we would've got from anybody else). I would highly recommend them for all future remodeling needs.
